Roger’s Roost has accommodations for 20 - 150 guests to host baby showers, bridal showers, retirement parties, birthdays, fantasy football drafts, bowling banquets, corporate events, private events, family reunions, and celebrations of life. We are also just a great place for family dinners, date nights, and everything in between.

BANQUET AGREEMENT
1. Roger’s Roost requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation. Reservations are secured upon receipt of the deposit only. Room assignments are determined by the size of the group. Deposits may be paid by cash, credit card, or check. Final payment on the day of the event must be made by credit card or cash only. Sorry, no checks are accepted for final payment!
2. Guest count is due seven or more business days prior to the function date. The guest may reduce the attendance guarantee three business days prior to the event only. Any increase in the size of a party is not guaranteed once a room reservation has been made. Additional guests may be accommodated provided that the room reserved allows for additional seating.
3. The guest must submit menu selection to Roger’s Roost two weeks prior to the reservation date. The guest may reduce the quantity of any food item selected up to three days prior to the reservation date only. Guests holding pizza parties are encouraged to submit topping selections in advance in order to establish the cost.
4. The guest may not hang any decorations from the ceiling or tape anything to the walls. All candles used for decoration or centerpieces must be encased in glass as per fire department regulations. Absolutely no confetti, please. The guest may arrive not more than 30 minutes prior to the time scheduled for the event for the purpose of placing any special decorations.
5. In compliance with the health department regulations, Roger’s Roost shall supply all foods with special occasion, commercially-prepared cakes being the only exception. Guests who choose to cut and serve a special occasion cake must supply paper plates and plastic ware. Sorry, guests are not allowed to supply ice cream.
